C.James Properties is a property management company, with a particular interest in houses of multiple occupancy (HMO's). We work closely with our landlords and tenants to deliver a personalised service tailored to your needs. 

We are a company let business who can rent out an entire property and essentially become your tenant for all rooms within the property. This gives you guaranteed rent each month from a minimum of 6 months up to a 5 year period, regardless if rooms are occupied or not. Which provides peace of mind to the landlord and a guaranteed income.
